{"id":14910,"date":"2025-02-18T11:38:19","date_gmt":"2025-02-18T10:38:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aitem.org\/?p=14910"},"modified":"2025-02-18T11:52:17","modified_gmt":"2025-02-18T10:52:17","slug":"xvii-convegno-aitem-bari-10-12-settembre-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aitem.org\/en\/xvii-convegno-aitem-bari-10-12-settembre-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"17TH AITEM CONFERENCE \u2013 BARI, 10-12 SEPTEMBER 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\" translation-block\">Work in progress for the <strong>17th Conference of the Italian Manufacturing Association<\/strong>, which will be held at the <strong>Politecnico di Bari from 10th to 12th September 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">The AITEM Conference is intended to be a <strong>meeting point <\/strong>for the scientific community of manufacturing systems and technologies. It aims at promoting a fruitful <strong>cultural exchange<\/strong> between researchers, professors, and representatives of manufacturing companies on <strong>innovative manufacturing topics.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">The <strong>scientific programme<\/strong> is composed of diverse sessions which enable wide participation to the Conference works, both during preparation and discussion.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Numerous abstracts have been submitted for the presentation sessions and will be carefully examined by the <strong>Editorial Committee<\/strong>, chaired by <strong>Prof. Livan Fratini<\/strong> of the University of Palermo. There will be four sessions: the <strong>Young Researchers\u2019 Session<\/strong> and <strong>Traditional Scientific Sessions<\/strong>, with presentations of scientific works on innovative methodologies and technologies applied to the manufacturing sector; the <strong>Work in Progress and Laboratories Sessions<\/strong> for presenting \u201cin progress\u201d research activity characterised by results that are not yet consolidated but are of interest to the community; the White Papers Session for presenting the <strong>White Papers<\/strong> written by AITEM\u2019s Sezioni, a moment of knowledge and in-depth analysis of emerging technologies and technological advances in more traditional sectors that are strategic for academic and industrial research.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">In addition to the presentation sessions, <strong>discussion sessions<\/strong> will engage the AITEM community in discussing topics that are broad yet strictly connected to manufacturing. Protagonists will play different roles within different formats, all contributing to debate.
