{"id":13759,"date":"2023-07-11T13:50:01","date_gmt":"2023-07-11T11:50:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aitem.org\/?p=13759"},"modified":"2023-07-11T13:50:01","modified_gmt":"2023-07-11T11:50:01","slug":"universita-degli-studi-di-padova","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aitem.org\/en\/universita-degli-studi-di-padova\/","title":{"rendered":"Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Padova"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>X-ray computed tomography (CT) \u2013 applied not only for non-destructive testing, but also for geometrical metrology and the development of manufacturing products and processes \u2013 plays an increasingly central role in the current industrial context, where the precision and sustainability of production are of primary importance. The Marie Curie project \u201cxCTing\u201d involves European companies and research institutes with a dual objective of training a new generation of research engineers with expertise in the field of industrial computed tomography, and of overcoming the current trade-off between speed and accuracy in CT measurements.
